Check out a copy of the selected cookbook (starting on April 25th) at the library, pick a recipe (we’ll keep track to avoid duplicates), and prepare it for the program. We’ll sample lots of good food, talk about what worked and what didn’t, and select future cookbooks.
Let’s celebrate Cinco de Mayo! This month’s book titles are Mexico: the cookbook, by Margarita Carrillo Arronte and Mexican Today: New and Rediscovered Recipes for Contemporary Kitchens, by Pati Jinich.
