Join Professional Chef Jeannettte Pothier at the Harvey Wheeler Building for her Bread Dough Simplified Class. Learn how to use yeast to make bread and pizza. If you have ever killed your yeast while making bread and rolls, this is the class for you. Our focus will be on baking French bread and making and eating Pizza. To add to your enjoyment, we will make a salad to learn slicing and chopping techniques. Bring your knives and apron and be ready for a fun class!
